Quick-Pickled Chiles

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

  • 1 tsp granulated sugar 

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 2 small mild red chilies, thinly sliced (include seeds)

Instructions

  1. Add the vinegar, sugar, and salt to a small bowl, stirring to dissolve the sugar. 

  2. Add the chilies, stir well to combine, and leave to pickle for at least 30 minutes before using.

  3. If not using immediately, store the chilies in the refrigerator in an airtight container.
