Ingredients
2 plums (halve and pit)
2 apricots (halve and pit)
2 peaches (halve and pit)
750 ml rose
1/2 cup coconut rum
1/4 cup superfine sugar

Instructions
Grill fruit (plums, apricot and peaches) over medium-high heat, turning occasionally, until slightly charred (about 4 minutes).
Transfer fruit to a cutting board and cut into large pieces.
Transfer fruit to a pitcher and add rose, rum and sugar.
Refrigerate overnight.
